Refund policy
For health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

Opened skincare, cosmetics, or beauty products

Items without original packaging
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The product and its original carton/packaging must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when received.

Returns must be requested within 6 days of the delivery date.

The product must be returned with all original labels, packaging, and any free gifts or samples that were included.
We cannot accept returns for:

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Items that are not in their original packaging.

Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective upon arrival).
