Refund policy

For health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened skincare, cosmetics, or beauty products

  • Items without original packaging

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product and its original carton/packaging must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when received.

  • Returns must be requested within 6 days of the delivery date.

  • The product must be returned with all original labels, packaging, and any free gifts or samples that were included.

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Items that are not in their original packaging.

  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective upon arrival).
